Once your request for information has been received, we will look closely at your request to determine whether there is availability in your market.
Complete Our Full Application
If it has been determined that it is a good fit, we will invite you to complete a full Dale Carnegie Training application. It is important that you fill out this application accurately, as this information is vital for the next step.
Complete Personality Assessment Test and Background Check
We ask all franchise candidates to complete a short online personality assessment and conduct a 3rd party background check. The assessment helps us understand how you naturally lead and connect with others, and while helping our Global Launch team work with you.
Review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement
Once your application has been received and we have determined that you are a good potential partner, we will send you our FDD. This document contains all necessary information about your future Dale Carnegie center so that you can make an informed decision.
Present Business Plan
Final steps are taken, including finishing the credit approval process. We will then ask you to prepare and present a business plan.
Final Decision
At this point, we review all applicants and make our decision. If all goes well, we will welcome you as a new Dale Carnegie franchisee.
Attend the Franchise Partner Academy
Now it is time to participate in our Live Instructor-Led Online Franchise Partner Academy training program. This meets over a period of 5 weeks, spanning 10 training where you will be introduced to the The Carnegie System, financial model, marketing model, sales management process, trainer development process, technology, and other best practices.
