Chief Franchise Advocate
Jean-Louis joined the company in 1986. He opened and ran the Dale Carnegie Center of Excellence in Belgium from 1989 to 1996. Until 2010, as a Vice President, he supported startup operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Since 2014 he has served on the company executive committee and overseen the worldwide franchising network.
Andre Goldstein, CFE
Vice President, Global Franchise Development, CFE
Andre has over 25 years of experience in franchising and professional services and has served as the Vice President of Global Franchise Development since 2016. Prior to that, Andre served as the Regional General Manager of Franchise Development - Asia Pacific. Before joining Dale Carnegie, Andre was Vice President of Client Service Excellence for a global executive search firm.
Vice President, Performance Excellence
Aaron came to us as a Franchisee in Long Beach CA. He is now responsible for Franchise Partner startup operations in the Americas, strategic support to Franchisees, and Franchise Partner Academy.
Director, Legal Affairs
Rob has served as Senior Contracts Counsel since February 2016. He is responsible for the administration of all franchise agreements and other legal matters. Rob has a wealth of franchise experience, having represented both start-up and developed franchisors in all aspects of domestic and international franchising for more than 13 years.
Vice President, Franchise Development
Maguid has served as the Vice President for Franchise Development at Dale Carnegie since 2014 with focus on support for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. Prior to that, Maguid was the Regional Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Global Director of Training Quality, Global Launch Team
Julie has been associated with Dale Carnegie for over 20 years. She began as a Business Development Consultant, rose to Master Trainer, then became one of only 12 Carnegie Master Trainers in North America. Her current position is Global Director of Training Quality.
Marketing and Operations Manager, Global Launch Team
Jamile started with the company in 2003 as a Marketing Field Executive for Latin America. In that role, she created and managed the Brazilian Marketing Committee and launched franchises in Latin America. She is now Marketing and Operations Manager, Global Launch Team.
