John Covilli, Dale Carnegie’s senior vice president of franchising, was recently featured by Global Franchise Magazine in an article showcasing franchising advice on brand awareness and concept longevity as a resale strategy.
In the article, Covilli says, “Showcasing brand awareness and concept longevity will attract a new generation of franchisees.”
“Very few franchise concepts have truly earned their stripes in terms of being consistently relevant and recession-proof,” he continues. “However, for concepts that have achieved such a milestone, it’s critical to leverage that established brand awareness and longevity as a driving force for franchise development efforts.”
