In an article on Inforum.com, Bethany Berkeley and Katie Munion discuss their decision to purchase Dale Carnegie’s North Dakota & Minnesota franchise during the pandemic.
“This is our passion. When this opportunity came our way, we were excited to take this and make it our own,” Berkeley said.
Berkeley and Munion had worked for the franchise for several years before purchasing it. Berkeley started as a consultant in 2016, became a certified trainer, then rose to managing partner and president. Munion became a certified trainer 11 years ago, eventually rising to vice president of training and equality.
