Dale Carnegie Announces New Franchise Owners in Kenya

Mercy Kimani has worked with the Dale Carnegie Franchise in Nairobi, Kenya and around East Africa since 2013.

Mercy is a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer and engages her audience members with credibility, enthusiasm, energy and messages that make a difference in their lives using the tried and tested Dale Carnegie methodology. Her passion for Human Capacity development has led her to vigorously seek growth and development of the human potential through transformational experiences.

Her career started at the University of Nairobi, where for six years she was involved in Sign Language Interpretation and advocacy for the students with disabilities for mainstreaming and awareness. She also was involved with the Dean of Student’s office to oversee the transition and training of student leaders.

Mercy has worked with various companies and organizations over the years, including pioneering in the transition of Barclays Bank to ABSA Africa in Kenya in a thoroughly thought through process of consultancy and training with leadership and middle level management.

Bedan Kimani is a trained Accountant. He has provided financial consultancy, performance improvement, and training solutions to both local and international organizations.

Bedan has worked in the accounting and finance sector for over 15 years. He has led teams across Africa and provided financial performance and risk advice to senior management. This has resulted in the implementation of policy and delivery of projects. He has worked in the non-for-profit, family run business, banking and government sectors.
