Dale Carnegie Welcomes New Franchise Partner in Japan

We are pleased to welcome Takeshi Sato, representing Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. (JAIC), as our new franchise partner in Japan.

JAIC was founded in 1991 to provide employment and recruitment support, employee training and career elevation.

JAIC has grown to 7 branches in Japan with over 200 employees and partnership with over 124 universities. Their customer base now exceeds 91,177 including large, medium, and small to mid-sized enterprises. In 2016, they received certification as an excellent employment agency. They have been recognized as Great Place to Work® every year since 2017.

Dale Carnegie and JAIC have a strong alignment and fit on mission and core values. This partnership joins two top-notch professional teams who are driven to have a positive impact on people, companies and their community.

President Mr. Sato’s team includes Mr. Hiromitsu Kondo, GM and Director, and Ms. Miki Toumiya, GM and Director of the Education Division.
